We are an independent investment firm that provides diversified, multi-strategy investment offerings to institutional investors, including financial advisors, broker-dealers and plan sponsors. Located across the country, they share at least one common investment goal - play good offense but be sure to play a strong defense. We believe we provide sound solutions to fulfill their objective.

Our investment style is based on our belief that the traditional "style-box" approach to asset allocation has its limits. We employ a flexible yet risk-managed approach that differs from generic "long-only" investment offerings. We diversify across multiple asset classes and hedge our portfolios as we see fit. Our goal is to minimize losses and effectively navigate all market environments to provide sustainable investment value.

We offer three separately managed account strategies, all with daily liquidity, full transparency and low investment minimums. We believe they may serve as valuable core holdings for nearly any portfolio, large or small.
